Everybody will be satisfied with our magnificent service and reasonable prices. Symi is one of the most enchanting islands of the Aegean, full of color and grandeur and looking like a stage set surrounded by the blue waters of the sea. Perla di Mare is situated two meters from a Bay swimming area, and only three km (10 min. by car) from the main town of Yialos. The building is a charming property of two floors, and is one of the many neoclassical houses in Symi contributing so much to the charm of the island.

Symi in Greece is a tiny island of Dodecanese that amazes visitors with the calm atmosphere and the fabulous architecture. In fact, Symi island has one of the most impressive ports in the Greek islands, with elegant mansions constructed amphitheatrically on the slopes of a hill and offering breathtaking view to the sea from any spot. A promenade along the port is fabulous for a romantic evening.The beaches of the island are small but clean. Some can be organized and others are secluded, but they all provide a relaxing atmosphere for your Symi holidays. Villa Perla di Mare
Perla di Mare consists of three apartments and can accommodate up to fourteen people. The upper floor (Anoi) has one large apartment ( 90 sq.m ), and the lower floor has two smaller ones, Katoi 1 (45 sq.m) and Katoi 2 (45 sq.m).
Perla di Mare "Anoi"
The upper floor ( Anoi )is one large apartment of ninety square meters with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, a living-room with a double sleeper-couch and a full bath.
Perla di Mare "Katoi 1 & 2"
Both of these (Lower Floor (Katoi 1 and Katoi 2) fully furnished apartments come with linens, bath and kitchenette. Each apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and orthopedic mattress.
Fotini’s Cottage
Fotini’s Cottage is a traditional house in Symi, built in 1923 and which has been recently renovated. It is located in the Petalo ( Pitini ) region on the southern side of the port between the village and Yialos (port).
